Recruiting Program Analyst

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Recruiting Program Analyst in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting and staffing support
• Identify and track personnel eligibility
• Process candidate packages
• Track candidate status
• Research and coordinate training requirements
• Provide recommendations to improve marketing tools
• Maintain checklists
• Manage surveys
• Assist with recruiting efforts
• Manage, update, and archive files
• Support mobile recruiting events
• Manage distribution e-mails and other correspondence
• Develop reports and projections
• Assist with briefing and presentation preparation
• Update and maintain the SharePoint site and power applications
• Attend meetings

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Expert-level computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Strong briefing skills and the ability to speak in front of large audiences or leadership meetings
• Capability of multitasking in a high-stress, time-sensitive environment
• Ability to perform high-level/expert analysis, and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements
• Capable of effectively coordinating various products with stakeholders
• Highly organized and proficient in utilizing computer applications and related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
• Minimum of a Secret clearance
• Interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work individually or as a member of a team and take the lead on select tasks as required
• Customer service background
• A minimum of eight years of hands-on administrative/program management experience in support of the U.S. Department of Defense
• Three years of technical experience with U.S. Navy Detailing, Navy Career Counselor, Navy Training Manager, Navy Personnel Specialist, Navy Yeoman, or Navy Enlisted Community Manager or with a recruiting organization
• At least two years of experience within the past three years with developing metrics, reports, and presentations
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to operate a personal computer with common/standard business software programs; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing
• Ability to enter data into multiple databases accurately
• Secret security clearance and have the ability to ultimately possess and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
• Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines
