We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with a background in digital media, publication design, and user-centered web experiences to support a Government Intelligence Community client. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience
- Create designs for web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, infographics, ads, banners, illustrations, and logos
- Manage design concepts from ideation to final product using HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Provide customer support using request management tools for communication products
- Ensure compliance with production standards, copyright laws, accessibility requirements, and public release clearances
- Conduct technical quality reviews on all visual and multimedia products
- Deliver cartography support and design thematic/reference maps
- Mentor and train junior staff as needed
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR 9+ years without a degree
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Experience leading the development of multimedia, cartographic, and graphic content
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite tools
- Skilled in front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS
- Experience in publication design and data visualization
- Photography and video editing skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Experience working within the Intelligence Community or government environment
- Familiarity with accessibility and public release compliance standards
- Prior mentorship or leadership in a multimedia or communications team
