WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Senior All-Source Analyst, you'll dig deep into intelligence from a variety of sources to assess and predict national security developments. Your work will directly support collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence needs.
Here's a snapshot of what your day will look like:
- Analyze how climate change could impact foreign maritime infrastructure, global trade flows, and naval operations.
- Publish insightful, well-researched reports on climate change impacts, and collaborate with Kennedy Divisions on broader projects when needed.
- Brief U.S. Government leadership on your findings and insights.
- Represent Celestar at conferences and working groups, then report back to leadership with key takeaways.
- Respond to customer RFIs with precise, government-approved answers.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 12+ years in intelligence analysis, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Proven expertise in analyzing geopolitical, national security, economic issues, or climate change impacts.
- A master's degree in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years of senior-level experience.
BONUS SKILLS:
- Expertise in oceanographic analysis and understanding the physical environment's impact on military and commercial operations.
