At JCTM, we’re looking for a highly skilled Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to support the Special Access Program Control Officer (SAPCO) at 2d Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), ensuring strict compliance with national and service-level security directives.

Challenging Projects:
As a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), you will be directly involved in managing secure environments and operations essential to SAP missions. You will provide hands-on support to the SAPCO and Program Security Officer (PSO), ensuring that all Special Access Program activities are executed in accordance with the highest security standards and regulations set by the Department of Defense and the Marine Corps.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP Facility Management and Compliance: Assist in managing SAP Facilities (SAPFs), ensuring compliance with DoD and Marine Corps regulations. Oversee access control measures, maintain accreditation, and ensure the physical protection of sensitive materials.
• Access Control and Badging Systems: Manage facility access control systems, issue badges, maintain access logs, and validate security clearances for all personnel entering the SAPF.
• Security Education and Training: Develop and deliver annual and refresher training for SAPF personnel covering classified material handling, OPSEC awareness, and SAP protocol adherence.
• Security Incident Reporting: Document and report all security incidents, support investigations, and work with the PSO to implement corrective actions and mitigate future risks.
• Facility Inspections and Audits: Conduct annual self-inspections of SAPFs, identify deficiencies, and prepare and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues.
• Document Control and Accountability: Maintain a precise inventory of all classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in the SAPF. Ensure proper tracking, marking, classification, and regular audits.
• Support for SAP Operations: Collaborate with the PSO and Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) to oversee daily security functions and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
• Emergency and Incident Response: Lead or support the coordination of emergency responses, protect classified materials, and conduct drills and planning to ensure response readiness.

You will work within secure facilities equipped with advanced access controls, surveillance systems, and classified information handling platforms—all designed to protect mission-critical intelligence.

You Have:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current SAP eligibility
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP or SCI security support roles
• Strong understanding of DoD SAP policy, ICD 705, and DoDM 5205.07 series
• Experience in SAPF physical security, document control, and personnel access management
• Ability to deliver security training and enforce compliance protocols
• Excellent organizational and investigative skills
Nice to Haves:
• Prior experience supporting USMC or aviation-related intelligence/security missions
• Familiarity with TEMPEST, OPSEC, COMSEC, and SCIF/SAPF design standards
• FSO or CDSE certifications
• Experience with DISS, JPAS, eQIP, or similar security management systems
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
