Job Description
Eccalon seeks a Business Process Analyst Level III to provide senior-level analytical and advisory support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD A&S). This role focuses on evaluating, developing, and enhancing business processes, policies, and systems that support defense acquisition and sustainment operations. The analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and mission alignment. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and assess current acquisition and sustainment business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with DoD policies and strategic goals.
• Develop process models, workflows, and performance metrics to support enterprise-wide modernization and reform efforts.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement across A&S functional areas (e.g., logistics, industrial base, procurement, sustainment).
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and decision support materials for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with program managers, policy analysts, and technical experts to integrate process solutions into acquisition and sustainment operations.
• Support the development, documentation, and implementation of new business policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing recommendations for refinement.

Required Qualifications
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Minimum of five (5) years of specialized in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
• Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and/or other federal agencies.
• Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
• Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
• Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
