Aircraft Structural Technician – High-Priority Defense Program

This is a $14 billion, 10-year project backed by the U.S. government—designed to modernize airborne defense capabilities. You’ll be among the first team members hired, working on Boeing 747 heavy modifications in cutting-edge, climate-controlled hangars in Dayton, Ohio.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform structural modifications on wide-body, fixed-wing aircraft.
Execute fabrication, assembly, and installations of structural components using sheet metal techniques.
Follow detailed engineering drawings and blueprints for complex mod projects.
Work with a dedicated, security-focused team in support of classified aviation upgrades.
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft structural work.
Experience with sheet metal tools (rivet guns, drills, shears, etc.) and proven blueprint reading ability.
Must bring your own tools (shadowed and etched required).
FAA Drug Test compliance required.
Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active clearance a plus).
Military aviation background or veterans strongly encouraged to apply.
