Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide personalized financial counseling and coaching to individuals and families.
-Assist clients in creating and maintaining budgets, managing debt, and planning for major life events.
-Develop and distribute educational materials on topics such as saving, investing, credit management, and retirement planning.
-Organize and lead financial wellness workshops and seminars tailored to different life stages and financial goals.
-Offer virtual counseling sessions using secure online platforms, including video conferencing and chat.
-Identify and respond to situations requiring immediate attention or referral to appropriate support services.
-Collaborate with team members and leadership to share insights and improve service delivery.
-Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
