The Opportunity:
As the CACI Ship Repair Facility Solutions Group (SRFSG) Power Platform Lead Developer at Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), you will work with SRF-JRMC Code 1200 (C1200) Business Strategy and Planning Office (BSPO) to build and maintain SRF-JRMC's mission-critical applications and datasets, leading a diverse team of soft ware developers, Power Platform developers, and data analysts helping SRF-JRMC modernize, streamline, and automate its ship maintenance business processes across sites in Japan and Singapore using the U.S. Navy's Flank SpeedM365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI).

This is a working Lead position in which you will be expected to leverage your proven knowledge, skills, and abilities in app development and data analytics as an individual contributor as well as the team's supervisor. Specifically, you will be expected to:

Responsibilities:
This is a working Lead position in which you will be expected to leverage your proven knowledge, skills, and abilities in app development and data analytics as an individual contributor as well as the team's supervisor. Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Design, build, test, and maintain low-code business apps, dashboards, and automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Integrate apps with various data sources used by the command and U.S. Navy, including Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, and other sources as may be available in the M365 platform.
- Meet with customers and stakeholders regularly to gather requirements, mitigate roadblocks, and provide status reports.
- Supervise and support a diverse group of developers and data analysts supporting the U.S. Navy's ship maintenance activities in the SRF-JRMC area of responsibility (AOR).
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders across the SRF-JRMC Command.
- Coordinate activities and tasking with CONUS-based personnel, as needed.
- Stay current on the Naval Maintenance Community's strategic goals, programs, initiatives, trends, and technology.
- Provide ad-hoc technology support and other duties as required to the larger CACI SRFSG team.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Candidate must live in the commuting area and/or be willing to relocate to Yokosuka, Japan.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development with at least 1 year building solutions on the M365 PowerPlatform.
- Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
- Work is at the customer site, embedded in the Shipyard industrial environment, to ensure customer needs are being met.
