Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives. Provide expert guidance on product usage, best practices, and custom integration strategies.
• Technical Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Partner with internal teams to develop robust technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation strategies that showcase the full potential of our platform.
• Hands-on Integration & Development: Write production-quality code to facilitate customer API integrations and develop custom tooling for seamless interoperability. Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Product & API Enhancement: Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance API usability, documentation, and integration tools. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive continuous product and API improvements, influencing the future direction of our offerings.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including best practices, tutorials, and troubleshooting resources. Ensure customer-facing materials are current and partner with internal teams to prioritize new content development.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, software engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with a proven track record of successful technical engagements.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting complex distributed systems, with a deep understanding of cloud computing and networking principles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang, Java, C++, or Python) and a solid grasp of RESTful API principles and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues independently and provide effective solutions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or satellite communications industries.
• Familiarity with software-defined networking and network orchestration platforms.
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Active Security Clearance (Top Secret) is a significant plus.
