ASRC Federal Mission Services , a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full time ACTR - MID ( Assistant Customer Technical Representatives) to support our government customer programs in Washington, DC Navy Yard . This role is on-site!
Key Role:
Assistant Customer Technical Representatives (ACTR) provides direct IT support to the PEO DES. ACTR's are the first line of support for end users following and implementing Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) guidance. The ACTRs tracks user concerns and works to fix or escalate issues as required to the correct authority for resolution. The ACTR performs routine office IT functions managing mechanical and printer supplies, assisting with connectivity to and troubleshooting networked systems and Video Teleconferences (VTCs). The ACTR uses the NCMI Enterprise Tool (NET) performing daily functions with user accounts. This includes setting up new accounts, managing accesses, and uploading JIRA tickets/changes in SharePoint. The ACTR uses the building badging system to grant access to appropriate personnel. May assist with transition through Navy Enterprise Office 365 and Navy Flank Speed as required. Performs functional duties and possesses requisite skills identified above. In the junior level tasks/projects, supports the customer performing moderately complex tasks on a routine basis

Basic Qualifications:

- Two+ (2)+ years of demonstrated ACTR experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, coordination, and data mining skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be a US Citizen and have an active Secret Clearance.
- IAT Level I certification per DoD 8570.1M
- Bachelor's Degree
- Substitute: 6 years of additional relevant work experience
- Substitute: Associate degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
