Summary
CTC Group is seeking Business Manager, levels 1-2, for a contingent program to be responsible for programmatic and administrative aspects of project performance such as contract management, deliverables management, program performance metrics, and financial management. The Business Manager will oversee and supervises personnel involved in relevant areas of project activity.

The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000.

The Business Manager will oversee and supervises personnel involved in relevant areas of project activity.
Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade
Responsibilities
- Develop methodologies to identify, control, and eliminate potential cost and schedule deviations.
- Develop formal program tracking procedures.
- Develop a system to track and report contract deliverables in accordance with contract data requirements.
- Perform risk analysis, mitigation planning and implementation, and tracking for all identified risks
- Perform real-time program assessment, track system life cycle cost, and develop independent cost estimates.
- Perform forecasting and financial accountability, identify risks that could adversely impact the budget or schedule, and perform return-on-investment analysis
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Level 2 Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience in Business Management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, program management, information systems, electronic publishing, communications or related discipline is required.
- In lieu of a degree a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I in Program or Business Management, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eight (8) years may be substituted.
Level 2 Qualifications
- Ten (10) years experience in Business Management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, program management, information systems, electronic publishing, communications or related discipline is required.
- In lieu of a degree a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II in Program or Business Management, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
