Are you seeking an exciting career in Federal law enforcement? Ruchman and Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee a team of Program Analysts supporting the FBI Insider Threat Office (InTO). The PA team will assist InTO with providing data to build and analyze trends and indicators in support of investigations into potential InT matters, assist with data loss prevention functions in support of investigations, and respond to requests for information in support of InT investigations.

As the Program Manager, you will:

• Provide leadership to a team of Senior and Mid-Level Analysts
• Collaborate with government analysts to execute and define deliverables
• Communicate instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences
• Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs.
• Develop and project data, draw conclusions, and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends. Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.
• Access and perform research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer.
• Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirements.
• Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the customer's information and technical support requirements.
• Present briefings to personnel designated by the customer.
• Conduct Analytical and critical thinking; (i.e. Understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observation and judgements and provide recommendations to management).

Qualified candidates must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis is highly preferred
• Proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts, possession of a security related certification, and/or experience with intelligence-focused operation environment are highly preferred
