We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of the next generation Naval Aviation Maintenance System. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of NALCOMIS-OIMA, NALCOMIS OOMA, and Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) processes. We seek to recruit a knowledgeable professional who possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in aviation maintenance and a talent for interacting with complex information systems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts to decode and optimize maintenance policies and processes
- Troubleshoot complex IT systems used in O-Level and I-Level aviation maintenance activities
- Leverage your expertise in relational databases and naval aviation logistics systems-
- Serve as the go-to expert for Optimized NALCOMIS, supporting Fleet users with your unparalleled knowledge
- Shape the future of naval aviation maintenance by contributing to next-generation system requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- US Citizen with an active SECRET clearance
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. Naval Aviation maintenance-
- Deep understanding of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) policies and procedures
- Expert knowledge in maintaining logs and records for aircraftand Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA)
- Mastery of OIMA functions and OOMA server interfaces, including troubleshooting skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of AircraftInventory and naval aviation logistics systems (3M)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite

- Knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems
