Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, government and DoD customers, and to excel within a fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
• Work with teams to capture and maintain a knowledge base.
• Use collaboration tools such as SharePoint to structure knowledge.
• Find ways to help relevant knowledge be easily found and accessible.
• Identify gaps in knowledge.
• Enable access to knowledge to promote self-help.
• Manage the dissemination of knowledge through avenues such as training classes or newsletters.
Qualifications:
• Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Certification Requirements:
Desired: ITIL
Security Requirements:
US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
