We'r e seeking a Systems Administrator to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for enterprise-level Microsoft server platforms for our government custome r . RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, test, sustain, and upgrade Microsoft server-based solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, File Services, SQL Server, SharePoint)
• Provide initial escalation support for service requests, incidents, and problems from the IT Enterprise Service Desk
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using remote monitoring and management tools across a globally dispersed IT enterprise
• Contribute to and maintain documentation, including as-built documentation, capacity/performance plans, policies, procedures, workflows, and run books
• Ensure solutions comply with U.S. Government security standards (e.g., DISA SRGs, STIGs)
• Collaborate with customers to accurately capture and address IT service requests, incidents, or problems

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field; OR one year of related experience in lieu of each year of education; OR one of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience providing O&M support for enterprise Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, File Services, SQL Server, SharePoint) across LAN, MAN, or WAN environments
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Active Directory for authentication and authorization
• Knowledge of secure processing environments adhering to DISA SRGs and STIGs
• Proficiency in using remote monitoring and management tools for troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers in person or over the phone
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical certifications in enterprise-level technologies (e.g., Citrix, Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, Splunk, SolarWinds)
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft SQL Server 2016, or Microsoft IIS 10
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerShell for local and remote diagnostics
• Knowledge of basic networking troubleshooting concepts
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange services, including mailbox and public folder administration
