RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes
- Design and develop custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
- Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver optimized solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Contribute to architecture discussions and document code for secure application deployments
- Modify out-of-the-box platform applications to deliver rapid solutions
- Develop application fields, forms, views, roles, and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow's API with third-party technologies
- Design and develop process and solution integrations, workflows, configurations, and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field; OR ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT operations (e.g., networking, storage, server management, systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, or architecture)
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow Madrid release or newer
- Proficiency in designing custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver platform solutions
- Experience with application fields, forms, views, roles, access controls, and API integrations
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and JSON
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ServiceNow Romeo release or newer
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices
- ITILv4 Intermediate certification or strong background in application/service delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
