General Job Requirements: Have extensive experience working with a range of prepositioning stakeholders within HQMC, CD&I, MCLC, MARFOR's, and Navy counterparts; have extensive experience in the Prepositioning Program Tailoring Process; have extensive experience in current prepositioning. Be proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Specific Requirements: Provide support to HQMC LPO-2 in transitioning current Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs to the GPN concepts. Operating as a liaison to HQMC support current and future Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs within the GPN. Tasks may include:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between HQMC LPO-2 and the designated MEF or MARFOR regarding GPN transition efforts.
- Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings, working groups, and planning sessions related to prepositioning and the GPN.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between HQMC LPO-2 and the MEF/MARFOR to ensure alignment on GPN objectives, timelines, and requirements.
- Provide analytical support for programmatic, operational and logistics areas for current and future prepositioning programs.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the integration of current Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs into the GPN framework.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of existing prepositioning doctrine, plans, procedures, and infrastructure to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement in alignment with GPN concepts.
- Develop and present briefings, reports, and other decision support products to inform leadership on the progress of GPN transition efforts.
- Assist HQMC LPO-2 in developing and refining plans, policies, and procedures for the transition of prepositioning programs to the GPN.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions to educate personnel on GPN concepts and their impact on prepositioning operations.
- Monitor and track the implementation of GPN-related initiatives within the assigned MEF/MARFOR, providing regular updates to HQMC LPO-2.
- Provide subject matter expertise and analytical support to HQMC LPO-2 in the development and implementation of future Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs aligned with the GPN.
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, logistical concepts, and global security trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges for future prepositioning programs within the GPN.
