• Use Quickbooks Pro Enterprise Edition to Manage accounts with $30M Annual Gross
Receipts
• Develop and establish accounting policies and procedures consistent with GAAP, CAS,
Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate office
• Prepare and submit proposals to customers; work with technical team to collaborate data
• Negotiate contracts
• Manage ongoing contracts and subcontracts
• Invoice and Receive Payments from Customers
• Prepare month end close and reconciliation reports to Corporate Office
• Provide audit support to outside auditors as needed
• Assist in managing A/P to ensure proper accounting is maintained
**We have a Controller on the team that performs heavy accounting workload. This position needs knowledge of accounting but the Controller can be relied upon for the majority of the accounting workload. We also have an A/P person on staff that manages vendors for the most part.
