Position Overview:
OSAAVA Services is seeking an OSINT Analyst to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) under the upcoming NOVASTAR contract. This role focuses on conducting Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analysis to support the counterspace mission. The work will be performed on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.
This posting is part of the DRAFT RFP response for NOVASTAR FOPR – NSIC Counterspace Support. Selected candidates will be included in our proposal submission to the Government, with potential hiring upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities – Task 1: Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analysis
• Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis related to foreign spacecraft strategies and capabilities.
• Leverage translation tools and foreign language resources to interpret and analyze non-English data.
• Collaborate with SMEs and GTMs to produce analytical products and intelligence reports.
• Upload collected intelligence to approved databases and repositories.
• Utilize a range of open-source collection tools and platforms to support counterspace intelligence requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Cybersecurity, International Affairs, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in open-source intelligence, PAI, or space/counterspace analysis
• Familiarity with OSINT tools and platforms
• Strong writing and briefing skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Foreign language proficiency (Mandarin, Russian, Farsi, or others) strongly desired
• Prior support to NSIC, NASIC, or DoD/IC customers
• Familiarity with JWICS systems and IC reporting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver under tight deadlines
