Position Overview:

OSAAVA Services is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) under the upcoming NOVASTAR contract. This role focuses on Foreign Cyber Threat Assessments targeting space systems and infrastructure. The work will be performed on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.
This posting is part of the DRAFT RFP response for NOVASTAR FOPR – NSIC Counterspace Support. Selected candidates will be included in our proposal submission to the Government, with potential hiring upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities – Task 2: Foreign Cyber Threat Assessments
• Deliver cyber threat intelligence briefings and reports focused on adversarial capabilities targeting space systems and services.
• Assess vulnerabilities, risks, and emerging cyber threats to national space assets.
• Provide actionable recommendations and mitigation strategies to protect mission systems.
• Coordinate closely with GTMs, SMEs, and interagency stakeholders such as the NCIJTF.
• Create and disseminate reports and briefing products across the Intelligence Community (IC).

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Cybersecurity, International Affairs, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in cyber threat analysis or space/counterspace analysis
• Familiarity with cyber threat frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
• Strong writing and briefing skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior support to NSIC, NASIC, or DoD/IC customers
• Familiarity with JWICS systems and IC reporting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver under tight deadlines
