Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Portsmouth, NH. This role is on a 5-year program supporting both the Navy and Marine Corps, providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.
The day-to-day includes:
- Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
- Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
- Printer and related hardware resets
- User account support
- Customer service
- Working through trouble tickets
Must-haves:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 4 years of professional experience
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
