Rigid Tactical is seeking an experienced Analytic Facilitator Trainer to join our team at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. In this full-time W2 role, you'll play a vital part in developing and delivering intelligence training to the Combatant J2, serving as a key instructor and facilitator. This position involves supporting Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), which may require some travel.
Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain instructor certification, completing yearly recertification. Initial certification must be achieved within six months of arrival, in accordance with DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence Instructor Professionalism Program Administrative Instruction 004 (December 8, 2017) and DoD Manual 3115.I (March 24, 2015).
Collaborate with U.S. Government civilian and military personnel to develop and deliver relevant intelligence training courses for the Combatant Directorate of Intelligence and its area of responsibility.
Conduct and document training needs surveys within 30 days of initiation.
Research, design, and create training materials for both steady-state and contingency operations.
Plan an annual schedule of courses for the fiscal year.
Manage course enrollments and student progress, including security clearance checks and policy exceptions for non-Combatant students.
Update course descriptions for the catalog and Learning Management System.
Attend organizational meetings to provide training program updates.
Provide Kinetic Targeting Instructor support, focusing on areas like collateral damage estimation and battle damage assessment.
Provide All-Source Analysis Instructor support, specializing in analytic techniques and systems.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Master's degree.
Minimum of 17 years of overall experience.
Minimum of 12 years of operational experience in support of a combatant command.
Certified & Current as a (DIA) Defense Intelligence Instructor
