All-Source Analyst (Junior, Mid, and Senior Levels)
Rigid Tactical is actively seeking All-Source Analysts to join our team at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. As a full-time W2 employee, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive intelligence analysis of the Combatant AOR and AOI, as defined by the Unified Command Plan. This critical role involves gathering, analyzing, and preparing draft analytic products essential for the U.S. Government to publish, disseminate, and apply intelligence across Foundational Military Intelligence disciplines.
Responsibilities
Produce current all-source intelligence analysis to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of regional or functional national security issues and developments within the Combatant AOR and AOI.
Deliver timely, relevant all-source analysis on security and political developments affecting defense issues in the Combatant region and its periphery, adhering to Director of National Intelligence (DNI)/DIA analytic tradecraft standards (Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and 206).
Utilize structured analytic techniques as appropriate, including analysis of competing hypotheses or application of pattern analysis to leverage large datasets.
Network with forces in the Combatant region, components, Intelligence Community (IC) counterparts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination and collaboration on branch production.
Communicate with relevant Combatant Divisions/Directorates to ensure internal intelligence issue coordination, initiate collaborative production/support to plans and operations efforts as appropriate, and coordinate finished production internally and externally.
Develop and refine collection requirements, drafting and maintaining a list of intelligence questions regarding assigned topics to guide production, track analytic lines, and identify intelligence gaps in accordance with Combatant priorities and the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP).
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Deliver anticipatory analysis, actionable intelligence, joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment, analytic support to targeting, situational awareness, and long-term stability warning assessments of developments in and around the Combatant region and its periphery to Combatant CDR, component forces, and U.S. Embassy.
Qualifications
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa FL Clearance: TS/SCI (current and active) is required for all levels.
Senior Level:
Minimum of 17 years of overall experience.
Master's degree.
Minimum of 12 years of operational experience in support of a combatant command.
Strong understanding of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and 206.
Mid-Level:
Minimum of 11 years of overall experience.
Master's degree.
Minimum of 8 years of operational experience in support of a combatant command.
Junior Level:
Minimum of 7 years of overall experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of operational experience in support of a combatant command
