SAI, a small business government contractor, is seeking a mission-driven professional to support a Human Capital contract in St. Louis, MO. This position will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality personnel and benefits processing services, customer service, and records functions. The candidate will join a collaborative, experienced team contributing to operational HR excellence for a dynamic federal workforce.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the center of government human capital operations, interfacing with HD leadership, government systems, and internal contractor teams. Human Capital or HR experience is highly preferred but not required—we are looking for adaptable professionals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing personnel records and actions in PeopleSoft, supporting retirement and benefits transactions, processing federal forms, and assisting with OPF records. Candidates must hold an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to pass a CI polygraph.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to pass a CI polygraph
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, operational, or personnel records experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft or federal HR systems is a plus
• Must be available to work core hours (9am–3pm ET) on site

• Federal Human Capital or HR experience, particularly in personnel data management or benefits administration
• Familiarity with NGA systems, SOP development, or OPM processing guidance (e.g., NARA, FOIA)
• Experience supporting military, intelligence community, or federal agency operations
