The Opportunity:
Business Financial Management (BFM) Team Lead for the Landing Platform Dock (LPD) program, managing all LPD team members for all hulls and financial products.
Responsibilities:
Tasks include, but are not limited to: execution planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation. Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits. Will provide financial input for LPD briefings and reports. Will assist in the development and documentation of procedures, and will ensure team follows LPD processes and procedures.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years professional experience
- Team management experience
- Familiar with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations
- Navy ERP experience
- Budget cycle development knowledge
- Secret Clearance
Desired:
- 10 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON) specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or Program Planning Budget and Execution (PPBE) process
- Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases
- Experience DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs
