The Patriot Radar Integrated Product Team (IPT) is seeking a Program Manager to join the Patriot Product Line program management office (PMO). You will be responsible for supporting the production planning and execution of the Radar product line. You will work as part of team to optimize the schedule of Patriot Radar production for all awarded and proposed contracts (radars, kits, spares) overseeing both production and field return/repairs for scope that heavily overlaps with production content. Key areas of focus include production planning and execution, analysis in support of critical allocation decisions, problem solving and prioritization of execution schedule for all Patriot Radar related production work. You will need to understand Contract requirements/flow down, contract delivery schedule, production Work Breakdown Structures, and working experience supporting the end-to-end delivery of complex assemblies.
You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating program requirements and schedules across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will have direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in support of program execution. You will support various stages of program execution including proposal development, program startup, program execution and program closeout. Hands on working experience in integrated planning, production control, program management, program operations, or material program management will help you come up to speed quickly in this role.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do
- Manage cross functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Product Line Execution Lead, and IPT Leadership to remove obstacles that impact the delivery of radar hardware.
- Production Planning and Execution, Decision Making
- Execution issue resolution and support to allocation decision making.
- Support transition to production activities associated with tech refresh and capability improvements
- Support proposal and startup activities
- Utilize PRISM and PDM to be able to review part availability, production break ins, ECPs/CNs and alternate part solutions. In addition use this working knowledge to assess impact of procurement, build and test issues
- Manage obsolescence impacts, proposed solutions and funding paths for product line
- Oversee NRE efforts that are initiated and in process to address obsolescence impacts and other critical redesign activities - production break in
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in program or project management
- Leadership experience
- Experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
Qualifications We Prefer
- Program Management Level 5 certification or ability to achieve within 1 year
- Experience with execution on complex programs
- Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
- Certified BOE developer / approver
- Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience
