We are seeking a skilled Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a Top Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility preferred, and possess experience working in classified environments. This position is on site at Cape Canaveral.
Responsibilities:
Process SCI and SAP personnel information, visit requests, foreign travel, etc.
Support meetings for internal and external customers.
Ensure familiarity and compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs).
Apply and adapt standard techniques to perform complex tasks with minimal guidance.
Assist in ensuring security compliance with classified information regulations, particularly within DoD and IC.
Implement and maintain security procedures for sensitive projects and facilities, including access control.
Assist the government customer with compliance inspections.
Track and ensure compliance with annual security training requirements.
Process personnel clearances to include collateral, SAP, and SCI initial and ongoing reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required
Proven experience working in classified environments.
Familiarity with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs).
Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal guidance.
Strong understanding of security compliance with classified information regulations.
