Overview:
OSAAVA is seeking qualified candidates and teaming partners to support an upcoming opportunity under the NOVASTAR contract vehicle, focused on Functional Threat Reporting (FTR) Analytic Support. We are assembling a team of experts with advanced data science, UAS analysis, and strategic intelligence capabilities to deliver mission-critical insights in support of national security objectives.
This role supports scenario-based campaign planning, leveraging cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to identify foreign military trends and threats—particularly in the domain of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

Key Skill Areas:
We are seeking professionals with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
1. Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Intelligence Support
• Experience in campaign planning and execution involving UAS operations
• Conducting data-driven analysis to uncover strategic patterns and implications
2. Advanced Data Science & Analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, MATLAB
• Experience analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets
3. Tool & Platform Expertise
• Familiarity with MIST (Multi-Intelligence Spatial Temporal Tool)
• Working knowledge of Excel, Pandas, NumPy, and other data libraries
4. Campaign-Level Intelligence Analysis
• In-depth experience supporting long-term assessments of adversary capability and intent
• Delivering analytic products tied to scenario-based planning
5. Engineering Modeling Support
• Familiarity with SysML 2.0 or other compatible system design tools (DIE environments)
6. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• Leveraging AI/ML for scalable, repeatable analysis across multiple geographic and FTR domains
7. Foreign Doctrine & Operational Concepts Translation
• Interpreting emerging adversary strategies related to warfighting, deterrence, and great power competition

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Data Science, Intelligence, etc.)
