Program Analyst
Overview:
ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is seeking a qualified Program Analyst to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) G-6 contract at Fort Liberty, NC. This role is instrumental in managing programmatic responsibilities and providing contract support to ensure timely execution of deliverables and contract actions. The Program Analyst will support contract administration and provide routine assessments to the government regarding contract management requirements.

Program Analyst
Overview:
ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is seeking a qualified Program Analyst to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) G-6 contract at Fort Liberty, NC. This role is instrumental in managing programmatic responsibilities and providing contract support to ensure timely execution of deliverables and contract actions. The Program Analyst will support contract administration and provide routine assessments to the government regarding contract management requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and manage contract deliverables, administrative tasks, and quality benchmarks to ensure compliance with program goals and deadlines.
- Prepare contractual documents for Government approval and support internal Government review and approval processes.
- Develop, review, and maintain documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
- Provide support in contract planning, program strategy development, proposal reviews, and documentation development.
- Utilize web-based tools and local portals to organize, track, and manage contractual documentation.
- Review and validate contract deliverables from contract holders to ensure compliance with requirements and accuracy of content.
- Provide monthly status updates and assessments of contract performance to the Government.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, self-monitor task progress, and submit deliverables according to established schedules.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a professional, cooperative, and flexible approach to working within team settings and shifting departmental needs.
- Work hours align with command core hours, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in contract and procurement support.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (DoD).
- Proven ability to interpret and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal teams and external partners.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team framework.
- Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and validating data and documentation.
