ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) Team Product Owner to drive delivery of cross-functional mission capabilities for the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF). The CID PO works across facility, cyber, IT, and engineering domains to lead the planning, integration, and delivery of innovative projects supporting Space Force and tenant partner objectives. This position is contingent upon final contract award.

Top-Level Position Description
Serves as the delivery lead and backlog owner for the CID Team. Coordinates stakeholder needs, prioritizes work, and aligns integration efforts with enterprise objectives and Agile delivery cadence. Manages delivery of solutions from concept through operational use in a dynamic R&D and operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Product Owner for CID Agile team; manage backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and technical tasks
  • Coordinate integration across infrastructure, cyber, systems engineering, and operations
  • Align team delivery with program objectives and mission partner requirements
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demonstration reviews
  • Ensure delivery of capabilities that are secure, scalable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations
  • Track and report on CID team performance, risks, and readiness milestones
  • Support mission rehearsals, capability testing, and fielding in coordination with Government and support teams

Job Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Agile product ownership or technical project leadership
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams in a DoD or IC environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, systems integration, and mission operations support
  • Skilled in backlog management, user story development, and cross-team coordination
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence


Preferred Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI (or SCI clearable)
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experience supporting OPIR, Space Force innovation efforts, or SDA programs
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and system-of-systems integration
  • Understanding of RMF, cyber compliance, and platform accreditation constraints
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
