  • Lead coordination of ATO/ATC timelines, documentation, and system accreditation packages in accordance with eMASS/XACTA and RMF guidance
  • Prioritize efforts across multiple enclaves including NIPR, SIPR, SCIF environments, and IL5/IL6 hybrid-clouds (e.g., Platform One)
  • Collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), engineers, facility staff, and security teams to implement technical and administrative controls
  • Support integration of COMSEC, physical security systems, and network security boundaries into cyber plans
  • Align cybersecurity strategies with SSC/SNGT's broader DevSecOps and RDT&E objectives
  • Lead coordination with SCG, SOP, and EAP documents to ensure implementation of the most current security policies and facility-level compliance
  • Facilitate working groups, decision briefs, and cross-functional planning with stakeholders and tenant programs
  • Contribute to the annual Security Training and ensure contractor personnel meet all information protection requirements
  • Participate in facility audits, contingency responses, and security incident reviews
  • Support implementation of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and emerging cybersecurity technologies in mission enclaves

Job Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance required; must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience in classified DoD or IC environments
  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, or related technical field
  • CISSP/CASP Certifications
  • Experience with RMF, eMASS, XACTA, DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53, and DoD ATO processes
  • Proven leadership in Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid operations with cyber components
  • Familiarity with enclave management, authority documentation, incident response, and enclave segmentation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface with government security offices, tenant programs, and technical SMEs

Preferred Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI
  • DoD 8140/8570 compliant certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, CISM, or similar)
  • Experience managing enclave lifecycle cybersecurity in IL5/IL6 cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Platform One)
  • Prior Product Owner or Agile team experience supporting cyber-related capabilities
  • Familiarity with SCIF operations, physical security systems (e.g., Advantor), and OPIR mission data protection standards
  • Experience integrating COMSEC, zero-trust architectures, or AI/ML security monitoring into classified enclaves
  • Knowledge of AFI 31-101, ICD 705, CNSSI 1253, and other Space Force-specific directives
