As a Red Team Security Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in overseeing operational, physical, and information security for sensitive Red Team activities. You will ensure secure coordination of internal and external activities, maintain compliance with Army security directives, and drive the integration of security practices across Red Team planning and execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and standards to protect Red Team personnel, operations, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and execute program security activities including OPSEC, physical security, and information assurance.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments of facilities, systems, and operations; provide mitigation guidance and documentation.
  • Oversee the creation, handling, safeguarding, and destruction of classified and sensitive materials.
  • Support Red Team mission planning with expertise in risk management, adversary emulation risks, and operational deconfliction.
  • Assist in maintaining security documentation including SOPs, security plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  • Interface with CI/HUMINT, Cybersecurity, and Mission Support elements to ensure operational integrity and alignment with DoD standards.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of security awareness training programs for Red Team personnel and mission partners.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging security threats and technology trends that could impact operations or program posture.
  • Facilitate and support inspections, audits, and reviews by internal and external oversight bodies.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Military Intelligence (MI) experience OR High School Diploma and 7+ years of MI experience.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I certification (e.g., A+, Network+, CCNA, CND, or SSCP).
  • Understanding of physical security and OPSEC requirements related to information assurance and force protection.
  • Comfortable coordinating and facilitating mission security activities and developing training products per DoD guidance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting security risk or vulnerability assessments related to facilities, systems, or operations.
  • Familiarity with adversary emulation tools, Red Teaming methodology, and penetration testing principles.
  • Counterintelligence (CI) or Human Intelligence (HUMINT) experience.
  • Knowledge of or experience with insider threat detection, COMSEC, or secure facility management.
  • Photography or documentation experience to support operational planning and reporting.

Salary Range:

$95,000-$110,000

The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
