Position Location: Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii

The USINDOPACOM J443 Execution Branch Integrator will support the J443 Strategic Execution Branch, providing capabilities and performing tasks as Execution Integrator. The Execution Integrator will perform the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments of project complexity, feasibility, and timelines.
- Conduct technical analyses of project sequencing, bundling, schedules/timelines, identify optimal acquisition strategies to expedite project timelines, identify critical path items and strategies to mitigate issues, develop ways to expedite project schedules to achieve reduced project timelines.
- Coordinate across J44 Branches, J-Directorates, with DCAs and Components, Joint Staff, OSD, JRM, JTF-Micronesia, LNOs, forward J44 LNOs, DLA, TRANSCOM, Army Missile Defense, MDA, etc. to ensure informed, coordinated, deconflicted, synchronized project execution.
- Develop execution briefings for various audience levels.
- Provide support to, and back-up for, the Strategic Execution Branch Chief, Posture Management, and J44 Engineering Division leadership.
- Support the J441 (Ops, Plans, and Exercises), J446 (Development & Controls), and Knowledge Management branches.
- All other relevant job duties as assigned.

Degree/Education and Training Requirements

- Bachelor's degree but will consider associate's degree with an additional three (3) years of practical experience
- Attendance at Career Level School equivalent

Experience

- Possess experience in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) design, and construction.
- Engineering experience includes expertise in construction project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, construction management, quality assurance, project budget management, as well as contracting.
- Contracting experience includes expertise in pre-award tasks, developing requests for proposals (RFPs), contract award procedures, and post-award contract management.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Pacific theater, and an understanding of the relationships and general interactions between each nation within.
- Operational and/or logistical experience in the Asia-Pacific Theater and supporting Theater Security Cooperation efforts (preferred).
- Knowledge of the operational and logistical support required for exercises, deployments, and mobilizations and familiar with TPFDD nomenclature
- 4+ years of relevant experience at Higher Headquarters organization (e.g. MAJCOM, equivalent, or above)

Core Skills/Competencies

- Experience as a contracting officer’s representative (COR) is required.
- Familiarity with and understanding the difference between design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) contracts, firm fixed price (FFP), and cost-plus (CP) contracts is required.
- Experience with, or having worked for, a DoD design and construction agent (DCA) is required.
- Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus.
- Travel may be required.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

- A TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.

Estimated Compensation

$120,000 - $160,000

Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to employee's experience, skills, education, industry, location, company size, and overall market demand.
