The Opportunity:

CACI has an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) with strategic, operational, and tactical counterintelligence analysis. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct counterintelligence research, analysis, and production to satisfy USACIC's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on multi-disciplined research, databasing, support package preparation and collaboration. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that will help USACIC conduct global counterintelligence activities against U.S. adversaries to protect the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
As a Counterintelligence Analyst on the program you will have the opportunity to:
- Produce All-Source finished intelligence products that directly support CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Generation to identify foreign intelligence threats.
- Conduct timely, relevant, in-depth research and analysis in support of CI/HUMINT Operations Support and provide multi-disciplined intelligence support to command plans and decision making.
- Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources, to identify current and emerging threats, FIE Modus Operandi, foreign entities pursuing acquisition of US and foreign military technology, dual-use components for illegal procurement, and support ad-hoc analytical projects, as required.
- Integrate as part of a counterintelligence support team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
- Complete analytical products according to timelines and brief findings, as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Education + Experience requirements:
- Senior-level: Specialized training and bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Mid-level: Specialized training and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Junior-level: Specialized training and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must possess counterintelligence analysis/support experience
- Have an in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle
- Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
- Must have the ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with theater and national-level IC partners
- Able to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers
- Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME
Desired:
- ODNI's Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)
- PACE
- Knowledge of USACIC and/or DIA product lines
- Counterintelligence analysis experience working with a Federal Law Enforcement or national intelligence agency
