The Level O CNO Analyst/Programmer shall possess the following capabilities:
(U) Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
(U) Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. No experience required. In lieu of a..Bachelor's Degree, four (4) years of relevant programming experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) in the field may be substituted.
