- Provide expert-level administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a wide range of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SQL Server, and VMware vSphere
- Manage and maintain security compliance through STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation (ACAS/NESSUS), and adherence to security best practices
- Serve as a technical lead and escalation point for complex issues, providing training, guidance and support to Mid and Junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ships' personnel, C4S Technicians, vendors, and DISA representatives, to implement and maintain solutions
- Configure and optimize infrastructure components, including Dell Unity storage, SolarWinds monitoring, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Proactively identify and resolve system performance issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of critical systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, standard operating procedures, and system monitoring tools
- Participate in the RMF process by reviewing POA&M items and providing technical input
- Contribute to team deliverables, including SSL Certification Expiration Tracker, MECM Patching Tracker, and MNOC Daily Repor
