Job summary: Program Managers are responsible for prime contract engagements with the Government. The Program Manager is responsible for individual program management, staffing, quality assurance, technical training, client interface activities, and project financial management. Establishes and alters (as necessary) program level work assignments and management structure to direct effective support activities and develops and implements program level quality
control processes.
Requirements:
• Advanced Degree in a business or technical field or 15+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• 15+ years professional experience
• Navy Training Systems experience
• Secret clearance
Preferred Experience:
• DAWIA Advanced Level certification in Program Management or equivalent
• 20+ years professional experience
• Surface Training Acquisition for the Department of Navy
Travel: Occasional travel may be required
