The V-22 Program is seeking a Program Manager to support On Contract Growth programs within the V-22 Portfolio of Software Development and Integration. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans, and coordinate proposal preparation. Growth programs include the V-22 Display as a Service (DaaS) as well as other new sole source opportunities in development. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The Program Manager will work closely with V-22 Program Managers across the portfolio, customers, and across service areas to ensure programmatic concerns are addressed in a timely manner to foster a strong working relationship.

**This is an onsite position that can be located at either our Indianapolis, IN or Plano, TX site

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
  • Prior Program/Project management experience
  • Prior experience with program management practices such as (MS Project) or similar tools/programs
  • Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar tool/program
  • Prior financial systems and program control, risk and opportunity (R&O) management experience


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Prior DoD customer experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Prior experience successfully leading a cross functional team
  • Experience working with and leading multiple subcontractors while executing tasking. Raytheon Earned Value Management Certified.
  • Demonstrated innovative 'out of the box' thinking to support business objectives. Quick learner with clear drive to understand new technologies, capabilities, and customers. Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present briefings.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
