The candidate will provide subject matter expertise supporting all levels in the development of the command's plans. Act as the technical/Subject Matter Expert for joint planning, Special Access Program (SAP) level planning and contingency planning, COOP, FLDCOM Strategic Plans, FLDCOM planning efforts to standup Mission Deltas, and other planning efforts processes, staffing, training, and incorporation into HQ SpOC products and processes. Program Analyst
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Senior Level Program Analyst (contingent upon award) to support a federal client. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise supporting all levels in the development of the command's plans. Act as the technical/Subject Matter Expert for joint planning, Special Access Program (SAP) level planning and contingency planning, COOP, FLDCOM Strategic Plans, FLDCOM planning efforts to standup Mission Deltas, and other planning efforts processes, staffing, training, and incorporation into HQ SpOC products and processes. Activities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting research, performing mission analysis, leading operational planning teams, leading and authoring draft reviews, assisting in adjudication efforts and preparing signature packages appropriate for General Officer/Senior Executive Service-level approval.
- Candidate will provide all planning efforts will be prepared in accordance with CJCSI 3141.01F, Management and Review of Campaign and Contingency Plans, DODI 3000.15, Plan Review and Approval Process, Joint Publication 5-0, Joint Planning, and DAFI 10-208, Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program.
- Conduct research and perform analysis of new Combatant Command (CCMD) plans and make recommendations for use in developing HQ SpOC support plans as required through Requests for Support (RFS) (approximately 1-2 documents researched per month).
- Provide technical expertise in conducting analysis of key products including but not limited to USSF Plans, and other plans as directed, that are being worked outside of the Command; to ensure they accurately capture the mission set; ensure equitable representation when required (analyze approximately 1-3 documents per month).
- Provide recommendations for the best course of action for planning development at all levels. Assist in the refinement of plans at all levels for the command (approximately 1-2 documents researched per month).
- Conduct analysis, as directed, to improve/eliminate/add areas for planning.
- Analyze campaign and contingency plans and COOP Plans describing the impacts to the warfighter and provide recommendations regarding the impact on Space Force (analyze approximately 1-3 documents per month).
- Perform technical analysis of CCMD plans and strategic guidance as they apply to HQ SpOC responsibilities.
- Analyze CCDR and HQ SpOC planning documents against design and deployment documents pertaining to current and future assets, systems, capabilities, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Candidate must have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in DoD, IC and/or DoD Military Service Headquarters level with policy development, strategic and contingency planning experience.
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of demonstrated experience supporting Headquarters Space Operations Command and/or other DoD / Military Headquarters
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of demonstrated experience of working with any one or more of the following:
- CJCSI 3141.01F, Management and Review of Campaign and Contingency Plans
- DoDI 3000.15, Plan Review and Approval Process
- Joint Publications 5-0, Joint Planning
- DAFI 10-208, Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- TS/SCI with Special Access Program (SAP) access within the last 24 months
