Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking an Intermediate Level Policy Analyst (contingent upon award) to support a federal client. Candidate will provide support at all levels in the development of the command's plans. Act as the technical/Subject Matter Expert for planning efforts processes, staffing, training, and incorporation into HQ SpOC products and processes. Activities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Pre-development working groups, joint and contingency support plan development, and other planning efforts as directed.
- Conducting research, preparing coordination packages, tracking suspense's, working with internal and external agencies/offices for task completion, consolidating responses, assisting in adjudication efforts and preparing signature packages appropriate for General Officer/Senior Executive Service-level approval.
- Conduct research and perform analysis of new Combatant Command (CCMD) plans and make recommendations for use in developing HQ SpOC support plans as required through Requests for Support (RFS) (approximately 1-2 documents researched per month).
- Provide recommendations for the best course of action for planning development at all levels. Assist in the refinement of plans at all levels for the command (approximately 1-2 documents researched per month).
- Provide deliverables including written responses and recommended changes to documentation to aid in ensuring efficiency and execution of planning efforts.
- Conduct analysis, as directed, to improve/eliminate/add areas for planning.
- Recommend changes and updates based upon organizational changes and the evolution of the future environment (analyze approximately 1 document per month).
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience providing policy development, strategic and contingency planning within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience supporting any of the following: Headquarters Space Operations Command, other DoD / Military Headquarters, and/or Senior Level DoD Government Staff
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Have demonstrated experience with working with any one or more of the following:
- CJCSI 3141.01F, Management and Review of Campaign and Contingency Plans
- DoDI 3000.15, Plan Review and Approval Process
- Joint Publications 5-0, Joint Planning
- DAFI 10-208, Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program
- Have been read-in / access to Special Access Program (SAP) within the last 24 months
