The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a n experienced Senior Program Administrator Lead to oversee and optimize the administrative and logistical functions of our Program Management Office (PMO). This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations across multiple complex projects and guiding a team of program administrators s upporting our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida.
This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES 2 ) contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the administrative and logistical functions of the PMO, coordinating across multiple complex projects
- Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of all program documentation, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage and optimize schedules for program leadership and teams, aligning with project milestones and senior management priorities
- Direct the tracking of project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
- Track and manage program resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets
- Serves as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Supervise data input into project management software and generate detailed reports for senior management
- Lead efforts to identify , assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Organize and facilitate high-level PMO meetings
- Leads the onboarding and training of new PMO staff
- Oversee quality control processes for program deliverables
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
- Lead the development and documentation of PMO processes, creating standardized templates and procedures
- Plan and lead major technology assignments
- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in program administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- PMP certification , Defense Acquisition University Management , or CDFM -Certified Defense Financial Manager - ASMC
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A bility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
