Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:

Key Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee program or multiple unrelated projects/portfolio
- Plan, organize, and manage program-level goals and objectives
- Interface with various levels of senior leadership
- Develop and communicate program plans, forecasts, and reviews
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and briefs as requested by leadership
Project Execution:
- Manage multiple projects to meet customer expectations
- Apply change, risk, and resource management techniques
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Foster positive work environment and teamwork
Capture Management:
- Contribute to Milestone assembly and review
- Participate in proposal reviews
- Manage and execute line-lead acquisition efforts
- Lead RFI responses including technical writing, reviewing and compilation
Strategic Efforts
- Contribute to senior leadership discussions by providing insights into growth opportunities within current and potential Government customer landscapes
- Offer expert guidance on Government organizational structures, strategic priorities, and operational approaches to influence company strategy
- Ability to effectively communicate the company's products, strategic objectives, and value proposition to Government stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 15 Years of DoD Experience
- Experience managing DoD programs
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, independently pursue tasks, and drive results with minimal supervision or guidance
- Experience identifying and mitigating risks
- Demonstrates a strong capacity to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to undertake a variety of diverse tasks
- Experience independently managing financials (to include funding tracking, burn-out dates, procurement spending, etc.)
- Active TS clearance
- Minimum education of Bachelors Degree
- 10 years of additional Relevant Experience may be substituted for education requirement.
Desired:
- Exhibits a strong aptitude for learning new tasks and skills, demonstrating a proactive willingness to acquire knowledge relevant to both customer needs and internal company operations
- Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
