The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Service Catalog Manager to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The Senior Service Catalog Manager will ensure the Service Catalog aligns with business objectives and supports the organization's strategy.
This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2) contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Service Catalog Manager to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The Senior Service Catalog Manager will ensure the Service Catalog aligns with business objectives and supports the organization's strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the IT service catalog within ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all service offerings.
- Collaborate with various IT teams and business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize service offerings.
- Implement and maintain ITIL processes related to the service catalog, including service level management and request fulfillment.
- Continuously review and optimize the service catalog to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain service descriptions, including costs, SLAs, and support information.
- Train and support end-users on how to effectively use the service catalog.
- Generate reports and analytics to track service catalog usage, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and new features, implementing relevant enhancements to the service catalog.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Participate in ITIL-related projects and initiatives to improve overall IT service management.
Qualifications:
Required:
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- 7+ years of experience in Service Catalog Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, particularly in Service Catalog and Request Management modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and change management
