The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Mobile Service Manager to join our team to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The Senior Mobile Service Manager requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise , and leadership skills to effectively manage USSOUTHCOM's mobile device program and ensure its alignment with organizational goals and security requirements. This role is responsible for developing and implementing mobile device strategies, policies, and management practices that support mission-critical reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge across key mobile technology areas and function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $75,200-$158,100

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mobile device strategies and policies in support of USSOUTHCOM communication services
- Oversee work of mobile device technicians, assigning tasks and setting priorities and m anage the full mobile device lifecycle, from procurement to retirement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for device acquisition and support while, e nsure compliance with USSOUTHCOM security policies and DoD regulations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for mobile device management to include m onitor and analyze mobile device usage patterns and costs
- Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and m anage relationships with mobile carriers and negotiate service contracts
- Manage budget for mobile devices, accessories, and related services and p rovide guidance on integrating mobile technologies with other IT systems
- Coordinate with IT security teams to address mobile-specific security concerns
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on mobile device policies and best practices
- Support the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) function and ensure timely resolution of user issues
- Prepare reports for program management on mobile device program performance and metrics
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for mobile systems , constantly c ollaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices into the overall IT infrastructure
- Plan and lead major technology assignment s and m ay supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in I nformation T echnology , Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in mobile device management and IT services
- Comprehensive knowledge of mobile technologies, MDM/EMM solutions, and security practices
- Experience with DoD or government mobile device programs preferred with s trong leadership and project management skills and e xcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, mobile technology certifications)
