Position: Human Resource Specialist

Location: Poznan, Poland

Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a Secret security clearance

Job Description:

Mission Essential is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support a dynamic contract in Poland. The HR Specialist will perform various tasks such as personnel records maintenance, eMILPO, reassignments, personnel actions, in-out processing, separation documents, Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Officer Records, and DEERS. Other duties include but are not limited to the following:

Utilize systems that include, Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A), Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO), and Process Personnel Strength Accountability updates. (AR 600-8-1, AR 600-8-104, and FM 1-0)

Prepare and manage Army correspondence per AR 25-50. Must be able write Army correspondence utilizing active voice, free of grammar, and spelling mistakes.

Manage the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) to determine the record type, ensuring it is properly labeled to include record code, disposition, and classification per AR 25-400-2.

Complete ATAAPS training and provide a copy of the certificate to their respective timekeeper. To request access, the contractor shall complete a DD Form 2875 to the timekeeper or certifier.

Shall complete the training within 60 days upon receiving notification from the DHR director to proceed.

Serve as the ATAAPS administrator/super user, which has additional authorized access for personnel management and database management and ensures that access is authorized to the proper individuals.

Assist the U.S. Government with compliance on pay, leave, and timekeeping regulations and policies, and the appropriate level of security is maintained.

Assist the employee with access to the ATAAPS System and ensure the employees have the appropriate level of access.

Conduct periodic reviews of the ATAAPS user list against the list of current employees and initiate action to terminate access rights for inactive or ineligible employees.

Ensure that employees enter time and attendance within established timelines and concurred each pay period and that supporting documentation is recorded and properly maintained.

Assist supervisors, timekeepers, certifiers, and employees to resolve discrepancies in time and attendance records.

Assist employees, timekeepers, supervisors, and certifiers with questions regarding ATAAPS access or processes and provide training if necessary. The contractor shall provide timely information to the workforce on pay processing changes in scheduling or processing procedures.

Issue a CAC to authorized personnel while utilizing proper security procedures for 100% accountability of CAC and following proper security measures for the deployable DEERS/RAPIDS workstation equipment with 100% accuracy.

Monitor the stock level of supplies and ensure timely requisitions of items necessary to maintain operations. Specific duties include ordering, receiving, issuing, inventorying, controlling (posting and inventorying), maintaining, preserving, disposing, and replacing obsolete supplies.

Act as a receptionist and receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, and transmit messages; greets people visiting the office; provides information regarding department or program activities and functions that require some explanation of rules, policies, or procedures. When required, provide informal translation services that align with Human Resource operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a Secret security clearance

Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc

Minimum 3 years of experience
