Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Responsible for managing scope and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Ensure that all quality levels and service level agreements are met.
- Assist in negotiating contract modifications for out-of-scope requests.
Financial Management:
- Responsible for the contract's overall financial performance, including profit and loss management.
- Maintain a budget and identifies cost-saving opportunities, including staffing within or below budgeted salary ranges.
Delivery:
- Responsible for successful performance against a variety of cyber security related workstreams to include risk management, assessment and accreditation, security compliance, and information security training.
- Work directly with Army leadership and staff to identify priorities, proactively address challenges, and drive mission success.
Resources:
- Collaborate with corporate recruiting and business partners to ensure all positions are filled with qualified personnel.
- Ensure effective communication and address employee performance issues as needed.
- Oversee and manage subcontractor performance and relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in project management roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in DoD cybersecurity, including assessments, accreditations, policy development, and RMF compliance.
- PMP and either CISSP or CISM certification required.
- Proven experience leading teams of 15 or more employees.
- Understanding of IT security tools, emerging technologies, and relevant cybersecurity policies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing federal contracts valued at $25 million or more.
- Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and client engagement skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience working with federal agencies, particularly in roles reporting to senior government officials or department heads desired; Army experience preferred.
