CODEplus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to join our team in support of configuration of the SAP Transportation Management (TM) functionality for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes participating in Business Process Re-engineering sessions to analyze the current Business Process in existing ECC systems and how they need to be designed and configured when transitioning into a consolidated SAP S/4 environment. Specific Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of the current existing SAP Transportation Management (TM) module in ECC environments, U.S. Army process experience is a plus
Configuring out-of-the box/ end-to-end SAP TM related capabilities in SAP S/4 Implementation Guide (IMG) based on agreed upon requirements and prototyping SAP TM configuration in S/4 HANA environment
Responsible for analyzing the existing SAP Transportation Management (TM) related Business Processes and Configurations in SAP ECC.
Support BPR workshops (working with Analysts, Architects, Business Owners, SMEs) to architect how the TM Business Processes should be re-engineered to be implemented in a consolidated SAP S/4 environment.
Research the best practices recommended for implementing the processes in SAP S/4.
Demonstrate the configuration in SAP S/4 IMG to the BRP team members with recommendations on how the processes should work in the future to-be environment.
Document the configuration activities.
Requirements:
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one are required
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience: 10 years of related work experience
Skills:
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementations serving as lead configurator for TM module.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP TM experience with an advanced understanding of the roles and tasks involved.
Hands-on experience in configuring business processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 IMG
Expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional POC’s preferably in the Federal government sector
Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning
Demonstrated experience in contributing to cross-functional teams, experience with working complex projects remotely
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive client leadership is a must
Ability to work cross-functionally, and participate in discussions
Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision
Driven, self-directed personality
Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
Preferred:
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA TM
Experience working or leading in a team utilizing Agile Software Methodology
Working knowledge of SAP Best Practices (BPPs)
