We're looking for a PMO Support Specialist with a background in project coordination, documentation, and dashboard reporting to support critical federal and intelligence community initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support project and program managers with documentation, scheduling, and deliverable tracking
  • Maintain project dashboards, calendars, and status reports to ensure visibility and alignment
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, status updates, and presentation decks
  • Monitor adherence to enterprise SDLC standards in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Coordinate inputs and updates across project teams for timely reporting
  • Track action items, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Use tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence to manage workflows and project information
  • Support internal communication and stakeholder coordination efforts
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO, project analyst, or project support role
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
  • Understanding of SDLC processes in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and track multiple concurrent activities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting federal or IC project environments
  • Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP training)
  • Familiarity with executive-level reporting and brief development
  • Knowledge of risk management, schedule forecasting, or resource tracking tools
