Job Title: Management Analyst
Location: Onsite – Norco, CA
Salary: $72,000–$90,000 (DOE) | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Overview:
Seeking a Management Analyst to support the IT Division under the Command Information Technology and Cybersecurity Support Services contract at NSWC Corona. This role provides key administrative, portfolio management, and customer service support for Navy IT operations, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Track IT procurement requests (ITPRs), purchase requests, and budget updates
Provide customer support for NAV-ITAS (IT approval system)
Manage Navy IT system user accounts and training compliance
Support IT portfolio tracking using Navy databases (DADMS, DITPR-DON)
Ensure compliance with acquisition policies and licensing agreements
Assist Program Manager and Senior Analyst in task tracking, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or HS diploma + 3+ years relevant IT admin/project experience)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Experience supporting DoD IT or project management functions a plus
