Insight Global is actively hiring and Army Operations Readiness Analyst to join our team supporting a newly awarded Army Program sitting at the Pentagon. The Analyst will be a part of a team analyzing the Army’s capabilities in support of operational readiness including planning, training, force design and Modernization, and overall support across multiple areas including Cyber Operations, Electronic Warfare, IO and other Army commands. Experience supporting the Army is required; and experience specifically in or supporting the G 3/5/7 would be very helpful.
Selected candidates should have a strong background in Analysis, Integration and Synchronization of Army Operations and Plans, and will assist in preparing briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, EXORDS, memorandums and official multimedia correspondence related to the DAMO-SO portfolio (CO, information warfare operations, EW, electromagnetic spectrum operations, cyber-electromagnetic activities, OPSEC, MILDEC, space, mission command networks and systems, data cloud management and implementation, and the Warfighting Mission Area).
They will also assist the Government in developing speeches, talking points, summaries, and other preparatory materials for senior leader use in Congressional testimony, conferences, panels, meetings, and other strategic engagements; and will participate in Army, DoD, and Joint cyber projects, studies, and workgroups, by providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Job Requirements include:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of experience in Army Operations preferably in the G 3/5/7 space
- Experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands
- Experience working with ETMS2 Workflow System
